Samsung Baker-series microwaves with a 23-liter capacity, touch controls launched in India –

Samsung has released the Baker range of microwaves in India. These bring forth steaming, grilling, frying and convection capabilities along with convenient touch controls. There are five models, of which two are grill fry models and three are steam cook models.

Here are the technicalities.

Samsung Baker-series microwaves features

The Baker microwaves sport glass-finish bodies with a boxy profile and 23-liter capacity. You can pick them in Clean Pink, Pure Black and Clean Gray colours. Samsung claims the ceramic interiors to be 99.9% anti-bacterial. Also being rust and scratch-resistant, they should be easy to clean too.

Broadly speaking there are two variants viz. Steam Cook with auto steam function thanks to a glass steam cooker accessory, and Grill Fry model with Crusty Plate for oil free frying. They also feature a Home Desert option.

People across the country, especially millennials, donned their chef’s hat as they spent more time at home and restricted eating out. To address consumers’ renewed passion for cooking healthy and delicious food at home, we have launched Baker Series Microwaves with industry first Home Desert, Steam Cook and Grill Fry features in the entry level segment,” said Sandeep Singh Arora, Senior Director, Online Business, Consumer Electronics, Samsung India.

Price and Availability

Samsung Baker series are available via Flipkart, Amazon, and Samsung Shop, with prices between ₹10,290 to ₹11,590.
